At February's board meeting, the Board of Directors voted to approve a salary schedule correction which raised SLLIS salaries by an average of 10% and made our starting salary for Bachelor’s degree-holders in or near the top-10 districts in the state! TSP-4: Commemorating Darwin day we learned about evolution by having to “hunt” beans from a bowl with “poisonous” rice. We used 2 different tools and also our fingers to pinch. We understood that adaptation/evolution gave us dexterities to survive.
