Yesterday, both SLLIS campuses celebrated Black History Month in a fun, academic and interesting ambiance. We welcomed Jahfi Studio which mainly consists of two students from the French Program (Jahja and Sahfi) and a brother supported by their parents. They performed some African and African-American drumming, signings, dances while acting.
Students also participated in a writing contest focusing only on two themes: My Hero and Me, You, Us. Their imagination and creativity were impressive!
We’d like to thank Jahfi Studio for taking the time and energy to put up a great show for us. We’re happy to have them within our school!
Happy Lantern Festival! Today is the last day of Chinese New Year Celebrations! TCP celebrated 2019 Chinese New Year through in-school cultural event and gala performance.

We've been in 2019 over one month already, but in Chinese culture, people are busy preparing for the New Year at the end of the year. Chasing up to the 14 hour time zone difference with China, TCP teachers and students celebrated and counted down for the New Year this Monday.
