Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! We are especially excited to welcome our new staff to SLLIS. You can learn more about all our new team members in our New Faces at SLLIS page in the summer mailer packet.
Please make sure to review the contents of this packet in detail. There are few items in particular that I want to emphasize:
Save-The-Dates! We want to ensure that you and your family can participate in all our school year launch activities! To that end, please review the Save-The-Date flier in this packet and add us to your calendar!
Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Forms. These highly important forms have an enormous impact on our funding. Please complete the form in its entirety and turn it in at SLLIS to the front desk. You can also complete this form electronically via DocuSign right away!
2022-2023 School Calendar. Please note some important upcoming dates! The first day of the 2022-2023 school year for Pre-K and Kindergarten will be August 22, 2022. All other grades will begin on August 23, 2022.
Please bring all completed forms to our Back to School Block Party on August 11. If you cannot attend this event, please bring the forms to the front desk at SLLIS or give them to your student’s teacher.
