Instructional Coach
Responsibilities
Communicate and demonstrate researched-based instructional practices that result in increased student performance.
Model lessons in classrooms on a daily/weekly basis.
Support the instructional development of all teachers in understanding the curriculum and various assessments.
Provide support in analyzing student assessment data weekly.
Assist teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and reflection on instruction.
Observe and provide feedback to teachers daily/weekly
Facilitate weekly/monthly data meetings
Support Assessment Coordinator with state wide and school wide testing
Support curriculum and instructional work as needed
