Instructional Coach

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and demonstrate researched-based instructional practices that result in increased student performance.

  • Model lessons in classrooms on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Support the instructional development of all teachers in understanding the curriculum and various assessments.

  • Provide support in analyzing student assessment data weekly.

  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and reflection on instruction. 

  • Observe and provide feedback to teachers daily/weekly

  • Facilitate weekly/monthly data meetings 

  • Support Assessment Coordinator with state wide and school wide testing  

  • Support curriculum and instructional work as needed
